Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt of the goods, in its original condition and packaging (eg box). The box including any labels should not be defaced or damaged in anyway. We will refund the product price but unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred returning the product. Returns can also be taken back to our store by contacting us on 028 3752 4877. Please take proof of purchase with you when returning items. Unfortunately Sales items can not be exchanged or refunded.

If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements.

We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

Please be advised that due to the nature of the highly beaded decoration/ sequins / jewels of some products, some small beads and trims will become loose during normal wear and tear and are not a manufacturing fault.

Please note unless the description states otherwise our shoes are not waterproof
